Job Description

About the Role

Capitol Pain Institute seeks board-certified or eligible Interventional Pain Management physicians trained in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Anesthesia. Work in a private practice setting focused on advanced interventional procedures to manage chronic pain and minimize opioid use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform fluoroscopically guided interventional procedures including epidurals, medial branch blocks, neurotomy, discography, spinal cord stimulation, and radiofrequency ablation.
  • Assess pain symptoms and develop individualized multidisciplinary treatment plans.
  • Manage chronic pain with evidence-based techniques.
  • Provide compassionate patient care ensuring safety during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.

Requirements

  • Completion or enrollment in an ACGME-accredited Pain Management Fellowship.
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesia or PM&R and Interventional Pain Management.
  • Active or processing state medical license.
