Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, to develop a comprehensive plan of care to provide added support to patients and families in their homes.

What you will need: A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York Associates Degree in Nursing, BSN.

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $50/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Call responsibilities required.

No weekends required.

Day shift only - no nights.
