About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Documents interventions/care in the patient's medical record.
Requirements
- Advanced training and/or certification in area of primary practice. Special Skills Minimum Required
- Basic computer literacy skills. Preferred/Desired Licensure Minimum Required
- OT; BLS CERTIFICATION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF HIRE Preferred/Desired
