About the Role
Join Urgent Care Physicians of New Jersey LLC as a Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner - Marlboro, NJ Urgent Care in United States. Description *
Shortened weekend hours! Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat-Sun 8am-4pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations and the counseling of patients towards compliance with treatment
- Order diagnostic tests, such as x
- rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory tests, and interpret results accordingly
- Perform therapeutic procedures such as incision and drainage, splinting, suturing, infection management and wound care
Requirements
- License (unrestricted and in good standing) as a registered professional nurse in the State of New Jersey
- Certified by the New Jersey, Board of Nursing as an advanced practice nurse. Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- Controlled dangerous substance registration with the State of New Jersey
- Registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration of the U. S. Department of Justice

Work Schedule**
- Full-Time position.
- Call responsibilities required.
- Weekend coverage may be required.
