Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your nursing expertise to assess patient health, respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that empower patients and families in self-management.

• Quality Improvement: Champion continuous quality improvement initiatives to elevate the standard of care and service across all areas.

• This RN Clinic Supervisor will oversee our Baxter Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, and Elder Care departments.

• Licensure/Certification.

Requirements

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.

• What you'll get to do in this role: Staffing & Development: Oversee staffing needs while developing and implementing efficient workflows and processes to enhance departmental performance.

• Policy & Budget Input: Collaborate with leadership to provide valuable insights on policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Nursing Leadership: Take charge of direct nursing leadership, fostering staff development, promoting exceptional patient care, and advocating for patient needs.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $37.80 - $56.70/hr

• Full-Time position.

• No call required.

• Day shift only - no nights.
