Join Essentia Health as a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinic Supervisor in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize your nursing expertise to assess patient health, respond to interventions, provide treatments, and offer education and counseling that empower patients and families in self-management.

Quality Improvement: Champion continuous quality improvement initiatives to elevate the standard of care and service across all areas.

This RN Clinic Supervisor will oversee our Baxter Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, and Elder Care departments.

Licensure/Certification.

Requirements

BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.

What you'll get to do in this role: Staffing & Development: Oversee staffing needs while developing and implementing efficient workflows and processes to enhance departmental performance.

Policy & Budget Input: Collaborate with leadership to provide valuable insights on policies, procedures, systems, and operating budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Nursing Leadership: Take charge of direct nursing leadership, fostering staff development, promoting exceptional patient care, and advocating for patient needs.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $37.80 - $56.70/hr

401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

No call required.

Day shift only - no nights.
