• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation). Required

• Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required. Required Work Experience Licenses & Certifications

• CPR certification. Required
