About the Role

Join Unknown as a Advanced Practice Provider, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant - to CTC - Inpatient Sickle Cell Consult in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • will be responsible for comprehensive direct patient care management and will manage a caseload of patients by exercising autonomous decision making in the assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of delegated medical treatments.
  • will provide healthcare and patient services that may include education, research, and clinical support, as well as complete administrative activities under the direction and supervision of the Director/leadership.
  • will perform in-person and tele-health ambulatory care visits for a variety of patient populations with both acute and chronic needs and in-patient chronic disease hospital consults.
  • manage a caseload of patients by exercising autonomous decision making in the assessment, diagnosis, and in.
