About the Role

Join Central Louisiana Surgical Hospital as a Physical Therapist – Hospital Setting in United States. Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching PRN Status The Physical Therapist provides services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain and prevent permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease. Restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health.

Key Responsibilities

Provides initial and ongoing assessment to determine level of function.

Develops and revises the plan of care in consultation with the physician and other care-team members.

Responsible for planning, evaluation, and treatment implementation of assigned caseload.

Prepares clinical progress notes.

Requirements

Licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Physical Therapy.

Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy.

Current BLS certification.

Minimum of one year experience in a hospital setting.
