About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provides initial and ongoing assessment to determine level of function.
- Develops and revises the plan of care in consultation with the physician and other care-team members.
- Responsible for planning, evaluation, and treatment implementation of assigned caseload.
- Prepares clinical progress notes.
Requirements
- Licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Physical Therapy.
- Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of one year experience in a hospital setting.
