About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conducts thorough and ongoing child/family strengths and needs assessments, utilizing the program specific protocol.
- Assists clients in securing a variety of social services.
- Provides complete documentation and reporting of all client services in accordance with regulatory, contractual, and organization.
Requirements
- up referral as needed. Conducts educational activities to promote client understanding of treatment issues, including medication, diagnosis, parenting skills. Interfaces with DCS regarding child well
