Join American Addiction Centers as a Physician Compensation Analyst - Remote in United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Major Responsibilities: Serves as point of contact for PSA and Service Line leaders for all physician compensation and related issues.

• Sets and monitor appropriate physician compensation draw rates; conducts monthly meetings with Senior Leadership to ensure compensation, compliance and HR process and procedures are followed.

• Must be able to sit majority of the workday.

• Functional speech and language in order to communicate with others and on the phone.

• Position may be required to travel to other sites; therefore, may be exposed to road and weather hazards.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $68,744 - $103,168

• 401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Remote position - work from anywhere.

• Call responsibilities required.
