Key Responsibilities

  • Provide integrated mental health and substance use assessments using DSM
  • 5 diagnostic clarity and service planning.
  • Provide trauma
  • informed, evidence

Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations, including HIPAA and 42 CFR
  • Contribute to fidelity and quality improvement efforts, including outcome monitoring and data
  • informed practice.
  • Assist with outreach and engagement efforts, including wellness checks, home visits, and collaborative visits with other staff to support continuity of care.
