Key Responsibilities

Provide integrated mental health and substance use assessments using DSM

5 diagnostic clarity and service planning.

Provide trauma

informed, evidence

Requirements

Ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations, including HIPAA and 42 CFR

Contribute to fidelity and quality improvement efforts, including outcome monitoring and data

informed practice.

Assist with outreach and engagement efforts, including wellness checks, home visits, and collaborative visits with other staff to support continuity of care.

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $32.36/hr.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Call responsibilities required.
