Key Responsibilities

- provide quality care to our patients and have received a Four Star Quality Rating from Medicare and Medicaid.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington State (or eligible before start date) 1–2 years of OT experience; home health/community experience preferred Current CPR certification.
