  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
  • Strong clinical judgment and case management expertise.
  • Ability to meet Duo Health care team requirements, including background check, drug screening, and COVID
  • 19 vaccination requirements.
