Compounding Pharmacist - Sterile Ophthalmology Compounding (503A) About STAQ Pharmacy Services (STAQ Rx) STAQ Pharmacy Services (STAQ Rx) is a newly launched division of STAQ Pharma, a nationally recognized 503B outsourcing facility serving over 650 hospitals across the U. S.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee sterile compounding in compliance with USP,,
- Verify prescriptions and ensure dispensing accuracy
- Ensure quality and sterility of compounded preparations
- Oversee pharmacy technicians and staff
Requirements
- Active Ohio Pharmacist license
- PharmD required
- 4+years experience(compounding preferred)
- Knowledge of USP,,
