Compounding Pharmacist - Sterile Ophthalmology Compounding (503A) About STAQ Pharmacy Services (STAQ Rx) STAQ Pharmacy Services (STAQ Rx) is a newly launched division of STAQ Pharma, a nationally recognized 503B outsourcing facility serving over 650 hospitals across the U. S.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and oversee sterile compounding in compliance with USP,,

Verify prescriptions and ensure dispensing accuracy

Ensure quality and sterility of compounded preparations

Oversee pharmacy technicians and staff

Requirements

Active Ohio Pharmacist license

PharmD required

4+years experience(compounding preferred)

Knowledge of USP,,

Full-Time position.

No weekends required.
