About the Role
Join Choice Rehab LLC as a Physical Therapist – PRN in United States. Choice was founded in 2007 by David Jackson, a licensed physical therapist. Requirements
- Successful completion of accredited physical therapy program and state licensure exam.
- Valid Physical Therapy license
- 1 year of home health experience preferred
