About the Role
Join Cortica as a full-time Occupational Therapist in San Rafael, California. You'll work onsite assessing and treating children with neurodevelopmental disorders using Cortica’s Whole Child Approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish treatment goals using standardized assessments.
- Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team.
- Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions.
- Participate in autism diagnostic processes.
- Deliver therapy in clinic and via telehealth as appropriate.
- Complete documentation timely.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in California.
- Master's degree in a related field.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $102,600 - $125,400 annually.
- Additional $45/hour for billable hours above productivity targets.
