About the Role

Join Cortica as a full-time Occupational Therapist in San Rafael, California. You'll work onsite assessing and treating children with neurodevelopmental disorders using Cortica’s Whole Child Approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish treatment goals using standardized assessments.
• Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team.
• Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy sessions.
• Participate in autism diagnostic processes.
• Deliver therapy in clinic and via telehealth as appropriate.
• Complete documentation timely.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in California.
• Master's degree in a related field.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary range: $102,600 - $125,400 annually.
• Additional $45/hour for billable hours above productivity targets.
