- Lead accreditation efforts, program reviews, and institutional reporting.
- Participate in the development, review, and revision of program policies, procedures, and curriculum structure. RESIDENT RECRUITMENT & DEVELOPMENT
- Recruit, interview, and select resident physicians.
- Develop and oversee resident performance evaluation systems.
