About the Role

Join Honey Grove Nursing Center as a Physical Therapist – PRN, Skilled Nursing in United States. We have an amazing opportunity for a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist! We are looking for a PT to join our in-house team of outstanding professionals that service our residents through person-centered care to achieve positive outcomes!

Key Responsibilities

Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition.

Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results.

Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques.

Creating personalized rehabilitation programs for patients.

Requirements

Attend required meetings as designated by the Director of Rehab. Physical Therapist Skills:

SNF/Long term care experience preferred.

Current knowledge of treatment practices

Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
