About the Role

Join Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting as a Physical Therapist - PRN in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • outlined in APT scope of practice and respective licensure laws.
  • The PT communicates and collaborates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains impeccable, professional documentation of services in the medical record.
  • The PT also conducts engaging in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis in restorative and functional maintenance programs.
  • The PT reports to the Therapy Program Manager and ultimately to the Director of Operations.

Requirements

  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Evaluate Patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
  • Develop effective treatment plans.
  • Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
  • Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the delivery of clinical services and interactions with other staff, patients and family members.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • No explicit call, weekend, or night shift information provided.
