About the Role
Join Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting as a Physical Therapist - PRN in United States.
Key Responsibilities
- outlined in APT scope of practice and respective licensure laws.
- The PT communicates and collaborates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains impeccable, professional documentation of services in the medical record.
- The PT also conducts engaging in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis in restorative and functional maintenance programs.
- The PT reports to the Therapy Program Manager and ultimately to the Director of Operations.
Requirements
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB Evaluate Patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
- Develop effective treatment plans.
- Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.
- Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the delivery of clinical services and interactions with other staff, patients and family members.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
