About the Role
Manager of Critical Care at Community Health Systems Professional Services in United States. Benefits: 401k, health benefits, PTO.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises, coordinates, and evaluates nursing care delivery on the unit to ensure compliance with established standards and policies.
- Monitors and analyzes data to develop and implement ongoing improvements in patient satisfaction and operational performance.
- Develops and executes tactical action plans and individual performance goals that align with organizational objectives.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and other departments to address and resolve operational challenges and patient care issues.
- Performs patient case reviews, addresses escalated concerns, and ensures timely resolution of patient care issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or
- Four (4) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required
- Master's Degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required
- 2-4 years of previous leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively with others, delegate responsibilities, and independently manage tasks while meeting established deadlines.

- Schedules employees to ensure effective use of resources. Consults with Director on staffing issues.
