Key Responsibilities

• Medical Nutrition Therapy & Care Planning: Deliver comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and manage individualized resident nutrition care plans to support health and well

• Regulatory Guidance & Compliance: Provide expertise on meal service operations and ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards

• Menu Development & Innovation: Collaborate on menu planning that reflects wellness trends, nutritional best practices, and resident preferences

• Staff Leadership & Training: Supervise, coach, and train dining and nutrition staff to uphold quality standards and enhance resident satisfaction

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)

• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable

• 1+ year of senior living experience preferred

• Supervisory experience and ServSafe® certification desirable

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $80K - $85K

• 401(k) with employer match.
