Requirements

• REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Required Qualifications Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field.

• Active licensure as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy or counseling.

• Experience working with adult patients in outpatient or integrated healthcare settings.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
