Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES Required Qualifications Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related behavioral health field.

Active licensure as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy or counseling.

Experience working with adult patients in outpatient or integrated healthcare settings.

Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
