About the Role

Join ProgressiveHealth as a Occupational Therapist in United States. Occupational Therapist, OT – ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC – Princeton, IN Do you have current experience with or the desire to learn about Pediatric-specific care? If so, we're looking for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • will pair you with a dedicated Pediatric team who can give you support and guidance as you learn! Occasional weekend shifts are required to provide care in our Inpatient department.
  • will you be doing in this role? * Provide occupational therapy services and evaluations to patients * Provide occupational therapy techniques not limited to P/ROM, joint mobilization, massage, myofascial release, desensitization techniques, and dressing changes * Achieve patient care time targets, with a general target of 75%+ minimum individual patient care time (unadjusted) in the outpatient setting.
  • provide in-house Pediatric care to these patients so that their therapy can be streamlined, increasing the c.
  • provide care in our Inpatient department.

Requirements

  • Keeping accurate, detailed documentation with efficiency while being able to provide feedback to the patient for continuous health improvements
  • A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • The required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensure
  • CPR/AED/BLS (basic life support) certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Weekend coverage may be required.
