Requirements
- Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited school approved by the Council on Social Work Education.
- In Indiana, must also be certified under IC25-23.
- Currently licensed to practice in the state serviced.
- One year social work experience in a health care setting.

- Hourly rate: $39.71/hr.
