Clinical Care and Customer Service Provides healthcare in collaboration with medical care team.

Interview patients to obtain history, perform examinations, order labs and other tests/diagnostic procedures, prescribe medications and treatments.

Manages cases according to established protocols.

Maintains case histories, medical reports, and other records.
