Key Responsibilities

Implement treatment programming and provide feedback for each child in the group home.

Assist in orienting new staff members by demonstrating systems and procedures.

Create/Maintain a positive environment that is safe, and therapeutic by providing support, guidance and encouragement.

Provide constant, quality supervision and care to youth at all times while teaching them coping and daily living skills.

Requirements

21 years old or older

Criminal / Child Abuse Clearance: Must pass criminal record and child abuse registry background check as required by the State of Montana.

High School Diploma or GED

At least six (6) months of professional experience at YBGR in direct care working with youth. 12 months' relevant experience preferred.
