Key Responsibilities

• Implement treatment programming and provide feedback for each child in the group home.

• Assist in orienting new staff members by demonstrating systems and procedures.

• Create/Maintain a positive environment that is safe, and therapeutic by providing support, guidance and encouragement.

• Provide constant, quality supervision and care to youth at all times while teaching them coping and daily living skills.

Requirements

• 21 years old or older

• Criminal / Child Abuse Clearance: Must pass criminal record and child abuse registry background check as required by the State of Montana.

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least six (6) months of professional experience at YBGR in direct care working with youth. 12 months' relevant experience preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $19.21 - $21.62/hr

Work Schedule
