About the Role

Join Intermountain Health as a Sleep Medicine Advanced Practice Provider in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Work in an outpatient sleep medicine clinic providing comprehensive care for common sleep disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patients with insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and other sleep disorders.
• Work standard clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
• Participate in the first Sleep Medicine team at Wheat Ridge Clinic.

Requirements

• APRN or PA-C degree from accredited program.
• Unrestricted Utah license or ability to obtain.
• BLS certification and DEA license.
• Successful completion of credentialing process.

Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly pay range $51.61 to $79.62.
• Sign-on bonus available.
• Relocation assistance for moves over 50 miles.

Work Schedule

• 40 hours per week.
• No call requirement.
• Monday through Friday schedule.
