Key Responsibilities

• must supply exam date prior to start of employment) Fieldwork or previous experience in a psychiatric setting Form a therapeutic relationship with patients and maintain a neutral therapeutic stance Knowledge base of bio-psychosocial model, Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders IV (DSM-IV) diagnoses, criteria for treatment of different diagnoses in an acute care setting, behavioral risk factors and of the impact of mental illness upon individual and family functioning Competency in individual, family and group treatment modalities and treatment techniques appropriate to an inpatient treatment setting Conduct initial evaluations and psychosocial assessments and to establish individualized and measurable treatment goals Knowledge base of community and discharge planning resources and processes Effective organizational skills to manage clinical, discharge planning and documentation requirements within assigned LOS of inpatient hospitalization Communicate effectively and to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team; demonstrated self-awareness to identify learning needs and capacity to apply supervisory feedback into practice Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: $48.45 - $64.80/hr

Work Schedule

• Part-Time position.

• No weekends required.
