Requirements

  • We prefer someone who has completed a PGY2 Residency Training in Pediatrics.
  • We will also consider someone with a PGY1 Residency and 3 years of experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
  • You need a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree.
  • It’s also preferred that you have completed an ASHP accredited pharmacy practice residency or fellowship, or show that you have similar experience.
