- And Duties: 30% Assessment/Diagnosis Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual.
- 30% Outcomes Identification/Planning Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs.
- 10% Leadership - Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
