- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Maine medical license or ability to obtain
- Active DEA required
- Comfortable providing comprehensive outpatient primary care

- Salary: $185K - $220K
- Signing bonus: $1.
- 20 days PTO.
