Requirements
- Qualifications All Rehab Team Members must hold current licensure with the State of Ohio Physical Therapy meet the educational and/or certification requirements established by their professions.

- Current American Heart Association BLS certification preferred.
- Additional Information: Location: Outpatient Care East (0837) Position Type: Regular Scheduled Hours: 40 Shift: First Shift Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
