Requirements

Applicants must be a Masters prepared graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with current Minnesota RN license and certification, or a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by the NCCPA and Minnesota registration. Eligibility for DEA registration and current BLS certification are required, along with submitting letters of reference or recent performance evaluations.
