Key Responsibilities

will advance through structured training phases, including: Energy-based device mastery including PICOsure, CO2 resurfacing, Laser hair removal and RF microneedling, and other tissue-altering procedures within scope Neuromodulator foundations and advanced dosing Filler foundations and vascular safety training Advanced aesthetic planning and biostimulators Advanced injector techniques based on competency Maintain strict infection control and safety standards Recognize and manage complications appropriately Represent Flawless at events and educational initiatives Participate in patient education and social media content when appropriate Training includes direct mentorship, hands-on supervised cases, and ongoing education through Alpha University.
