Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine the needs and risks of individuals in crisis.

Provide crisis intervention and de

escalation techniques to stabilize clients and reduce immediate distress.

Develop and implement individualized crisis plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Required Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a mental health setting, preferably in crisis intervention or emergency services.

Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with severe mental health issues.
