About the Role

Join Greater Good Health as a Nurse Practitioner – No Weekends, M-F Schedule in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides full scope of primary care services including well acute, and chronic condition management
  • Conduct patient visits in our client’s facilities, in the comfort of the patients’ own homes, and through virtual visits
  • Manages patient panels and "quarterbacks" patient care with patient’s team to deliver high

Requirements

  • Current Ohio Nurse Practitioner license
  • Board Certified NP in good standing
  • Nurse Practitioner certification from either the ANCC / AANP
  • 2 + years of clinical experience as a NP in either Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Gerontology or Palliative Care. Home care experience is a plus
