Requirements
- accredited Otolaryngology
- Head & Neck Surgery residency Completion of Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship Must be board certified in Otolaryngology
- Head & Neck Surgery and certified or eligible in complex pediatric otolaryngology. California medical license or eligible
