About the Role

Join ALL ABOUT YOU CHCS LLC as a Speech Language Pathologist, Homecare, Per Diem in United States. Description All About You Collaborative Health Care Services LLC, is a Nurse owned and operated, transitional home care agency! Come help us transition patients from hospital/facility to home!

Key Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients to determine speech and language disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders

Provide speech therapy services to patients with various conditions, such as neurological disorders, developmental delays, or communication impairments

Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities

Requirements

Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans

Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Benefits & Compensation

Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state license or certification in Speech

Language Pathology Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and neurology related to speech and language function
