Join Chandler Regional Medical Center as a Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner in United States. Where You’ll Work Located in the Phoenix, Ariz., suburb of Chandler, the Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 429-bed, not-for-profit hospital with more than 2,600 team members and almost 1,000 doctors on staff representing all major specialties.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner is responsible for delivering care to patients admitted to Neurosurgery at Chandler Regional Medical Center.
  • Orders and interprets laboratory and other diagnostic tests within scope of practice.
  • Writes orders and prescribes medications, including controlled substances.

Requirements

  • AANPCP Credentialed as allied health professional with CRMC and MGMC DEA Drug Enforcement Administration
  • Control Sub Reg Cert: AZ American Heart Association Basic Life Support
  • CPR American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support PREFERRED 1 year Experience as Neurosurgery NP CNRN
  • Certified Neuroscience RN CCRN
