Requirements

& Experience Master’s degree in Nursing with current Nurse Practitioner licensure.

In one of the following markets: PA, OH or KY.

5+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience; experience in population health, primary/family care, and/or nephrology strongly preferred.

At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
