Key Responsibilities

• Include: Responsible for providing quality patient care, which includes demonstration of skills in basic monitoring of patient activities and behaviors.

• Provide meal monitoring, support and redirection of patients with eating disorders.

• Support topic groups with therapy activities including art activities, recreational activities, meditation, and guided imagery.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Have the ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications Must possess a current AZ DPS fingerprint card within specified timeframe Must be 21 years of age or older in accordance with Dept.

• of Health Services R9-20-204.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record as driving is a requirement of the job.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position.

• Weekend coverage may be required.
