• Partner with the Emergency Department and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely access to care, efficient patient flow, and safe, effective discharge planning.

• Provide senior clinical leadership, supervision, and education for junior medical staff and advanced trainees, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Contribute to clinical governance and service improvement through M&M meetings, audits, documentation standards, and effective management of complaints and grievances.
