Key Responsibilities

• Must be directly accessible by phone to assigned families 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

• Assess risk and structure interventions with families to assure safety; Interventions used will consider the need for worker’s safety as well

• Utilize a positive, supportive, non

• judgmental approach with families in order to enlist them as partners in the therapeutic process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two (2) years post

• degree experience working with families and children

• Must possess the capabilities to absorb and utilize skills presented within the FPS New Worker’s Training;

• Bilingual strongly preferred;
