About the Role
Join Oaks Integrated Care as a Family Preservation Counselor – Flexible Hours in United States. Join our team today and immerse yourself in a rewarding career for years to come! As a Family Preservation Counselor, you will work in-home and community based setting in Southern New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be directly accessible by phone to assigned families 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Assess risk and structure interventions with families to assure safety; Interventions used will consider the need for worker’s safety as well
- Utilize a positive, supportive, non
- judgmental approach with families in order to enlist them as partners in the therapeutic process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two (2) years post
- degree experience working with families and children
- Must possess the capabilities to absorb and utilize skills presented within the FPS New Worker’s Training;
- Bilingual strongly preferred;
