Key Responsibilities
- AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises daily technician tasks and performance levels applying operating discipline across both front end and fulfillment.
- Monitors pharmacy workflow queues and phone service levels Creates pharmacy technician schedule and schedule adherence.
- Manages and reallocates resources intraday to maintain workload and service level agreements.
- Provides coaching and performance feedback daily and as needed.
