Key Responsibilities
- Administers approved counseling which involves social work assessments, counseling and/or treatment to patients, families or significant others.
- Develops and provides stress management/wellness treatment plans for inpatient and outpatient populations.
Requirements
- Licenses Required Current RQI Healthcare Provider eCredential through the University of Utah Health RQI system.
- The eCredential is to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- One of the following Current license to practice as a Certified Social Worker in the State of Utah.
