About the Role
Join Community Care Physicians as a Registered Nurse in United States. Our Family Practice Slingerlands is looking for an RN to join their team! This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
- Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
- Assess vital signs and the reason for each patient visit.
- Triage patient phone calls: collect, analyze and create a well
