Join University of Vermont Health Network as a Pharmacist Outpatient in United States.

Key Responsibilities

will also dispense medication according to prescription orders while screening and resolving medication related problems, financial barriers, and counseling patients and health care professionals on proper use of medications.

will maintain good business practices and sound clinical judgement to ensure the success of the department and patient outcomes.

Requirements

one year experience in a retail/mail/call center/specialty/home infusion pharmacy within past 5 years.

Minimum one year experience in a health system pharmacy preferred.
