About the Role

Join Monarch as a Behavioral Technician – Behavioral Health Urgent Care in United States. Make a Difference in Someone’s Life! At Monarch, we work together to provide life-changing care in communities across North Carolina and Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities

Provide care to individuals receiving services in a manner that ensures safety, client’s rights, confidentiality, comfort, dignity and a therapeutic environment.

Carry out functions that contribute to the effectiveness and safety of the unit including crisis intervention, taking vital signs, observation of individuals receiving services.

Demonstrate responsible for maintaining inventory supplies and make appropriate requisitions.

Ensure an environment conducive to recovery consistent with SRMH/DD/SAS, Crisis & Urgent Care Services philosophy and best practice.

Requirements

Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures, as well as state and federal statutes and regulations related to specific program areas.

Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations.

Complete all other relevant responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
