Stated compensation: up to $5,000.

This position is based in Rome, Georgia.

Core responsibilities: As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will perform evaluations and treatments based on physician orders and develop treatment plans to help patients achieve independence. You will also maintain communication with the treatment team and supervise assistants in patient care.
