Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) as part of the medical team in the primary care environment

• Provide routine consultations with providers and brief 15

• 30 minute assessments and interventions with patients referred from PCPs for same

• day warm hand

Requirements

• Must possess at least a Master’s degree in a Human Services field.

• Must be licensed in Missouri as a Professional Counselor (LPC), a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD/LP).

• Provisional licensure (PLPC, LMSW, or PLP) may be considered.

• Applicants should have an interest in and/or experience with brief interventions, team
